“ Amazing food, great customer service and nice atmosphere! This place has some great Gator and Quail ! We came here to celebrate an anniversary and really enjoyed ourselves. The food tasted amazing and really God portion sizes. There are 2 levels, of the restaurant. The top floor is the restaurant setting area and the under floor is the music band and outdoors area. People also can dock up thier boat and order. This place is always packed so recommend making a reservation before coming, otherwise expect and hour wait. ”
“ Always a great dining experience. I had the Gosh Dang Shrimp Poboy (Thursdays only) and sweet potato fries and it was amazing. A little spicy and sweet and over stuffed. Josh, our server, was great. ”
“ Another great meal. We look forward to coming to Tunks every time we visit Louisiana. My husband proposed to me at sunset July 2,2011 and then took me inside and we ate a delicious meal. It is definitely on our place to visit every chance we get. ”
“ THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! We stopped in on a road trip through Louisiana and wanted some good local food. Did not disappoint. Josh was our server and he was polite and friendly. To start we got the fired pickles jalapenos and onion strings triple starter and it was a dump truck of fried goodness. That was a meal by itself. We got the big Seafood platter, snd steak and shrimp for the main course... mind blown! Make your dreams come true and eat here. Oh, and the view of the lake was relaxing. ”
“ Stunning Family owned business with AMAZING food & gorgeous lake views!! I have been eating at this restaurant for 30 years. EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS!. There are tons of options to choose from with different specials every night. If you are looking for the best Louisiana style restaurant with seafood, burger, and pasta options, you won't be disappointed. Make sure you try the fried green tomatoes. They are my favorite appetizer. ”
“ We visit Tunks quite often and they never ever disappoint. We went to the oyster bar, the bartender is phenomenal. No matter how busy she was, she was always smiling and has the most upbeat attitude. Top notch customer service skills!! We sat at the bar until a table became available. Our waiter, the food and the music were all 10/10. If you’re debating on giving this place a try, you definitely should. We will be back soon. ”
